The Train Me Education course has been A-Mazing! The theory has been filled with in depth information making me feel knowledgeable about the body and pilates industry. The face to face days were also so informative equipping us with a wide range of exercises, progressions, regressions, pregnancy modifications and injury modifications

Train Me Education has been so fantastic in helping me get qualified in both mat and reformer Pilates! The combination of face to face experience couple with self directed practice hours really gives you a well rounded experience and builds your confidence. I have really seen my teaching ability grow as well as my Pilates knowledge and I am so excited to start working in the industry!
Wow! Honestly, I’ve been so beyond lucky to learn from the most amazing Annie and had the absolute best time learning alongside some gorgeous, strong and like-minded girls this past couple of weeks.
